No, not from all, just occasionally. The tag dropped, the staff forgot
to label it, or something. There are one or two machines in a column
where you can scan those articles, but it is a 80 meters walk and back
(worst case). Or... flip the phone. I have only used it once since I got
the app.
It was just an example.
Do you mean you actually still go shopping in a shop?! How quaint and
reassuringly old fashioned!
I sit here with my desktop PC and a man in a van brings it to me.

Yes, if you are wealthy you can afford to have your groceries delivered
and if everything you buy is standardized and conventional you never
need to look at or try on anything before you buy it.

I'll be going down to the coop today to sort through their hardware to
find a match for a part I need to replace. It will cost about three
dollars. I suppose I could I could try to guess from the pictures what
on Amazon might fit. In about three days I'd find out if the $10 I'd pay
for shipping got me anything that would work.

Shopping on the Web is cool but it's not quite there yet for many things.

Amen. Don't even talk to my wife about finding clothes that fit.
It's getting so bad that even I'm having trouble these days -
we have to spend half a day trying things on, since size designations
have become meaningless.
